Complete system and network solutions are provided. This covers site planning, installation, setup, training and maintenance support. Disaster Recovery/HotsiteCEA provides disaster recovery
with full hotsite facilities to recovery from disasters
or emergencies that a client may encounter. Our centers are configured with
mid-range servers from HP, DG, and IBM. Testing is performed
once per year to ensure customer recoverability. All tests are performed
on CEA's systems using actual customer programs and data. |

Network SupportCEA can provide network support for a variety of networks and vendors. This includes all Microsoft operating systems (Windows 95, 98, NT, NT Server and 2000), Novell Netware, DJ AOS/VS, DG/UX, HP/UX and SCO UNIX. Our engineers are involved in pre-site assessments, cabling, fiber optics, hubs/switches, network design, installation and maintenance support. Engineers are on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on an "800" toll free number. CEA engineers hold various certifications including MCSE, MCP, A+ Tech, Network+, 3COM 3Star LAN Professional and Cisco. Back to TopData Warehousing / On-line BackupsCEA provides the ability for a client to store their IT data on our Storage Area Network (SAN) for immediate retrieval in the event of lost data. There are two versions of this service. The first is a dedicated connection to our SAN across a high speed link (such as T-1 or T-3). This is a backup in near real-time. The second solution is data back up/warehousing across the Internet to our facilities. This provides ongoing backup and retrieval for data on the same day, with lower communications costs. Space is billed only as used, and the client has the flexibility to choose the data to back up. This may be from server level machines or individual PCs on a network. Back to TopMaintenance and Depot RepairIn addition to installation CEA provides all levels of technical support once the system or network is installed. CEA provides contract maintenance for clients that covers all IT equipment for on-site repair. All parts, labor and travel are included in a low monthly fee. Per incident repairs are made on-site on a billable basis, plus expenses. Depot repair facilities allow a client to send a defective equipment for a fixed price repair. No ongoing monthly amount is necessary and the client only pays for the actual repair. This is a substantial cost savings to organizations who have a large number of items such as workstations or laser printers. A priority exchange program on equipment is also available. Since 1982, CEA has responded to customer calls promptly, and has one of the largest stocks of spare parts in North America. Service agreements can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. CEA has service locations nationwide to serve you better. CEA provides mail-in depot repair for all DG systems and peripherals.
